❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Can I add my thoughts to existing feedback?

Yes! If you see feedback that matches your needs or ideas, you can click on it to view the full discussion and add your perspective. Your input helps the team understand what's most important to users.

How long does it take for feedback to be reviewed?

Response times depend on the type and urgency:

  • Critical bugs that prevent work: Reviewed within 1-2 days
  • Feature requests: Typically reviewed within 1 week
  • Minor improvements: Reviewed as team capacity allows

The development team prioritizes based on impact and how many users are affected.

Will I be notified when my feedback is addressed?

If you provided your email address when submitting feedback, you'll receive updates when:

  • Your feedback is reviewed
  • Work begins on your suggestion
  • The feature or fix is released

What if I don't see the feedback viewer in my Korgraph?

The feedback viewer might not be enabled on your specific instance. Don't worry - you can still:

  • Submit feedback using the Feedback button (this always works)
  • Ask your system administrator about enabling the viewer
  • Contact your administrator for information about submitted feedback

Can I see who submitted each piece of feedback?

For privacy reasons, feedback is kept anonymous unless the person who submitted it chose to share their email and agreed to be identified. This encourages honest, open feedback.

What happens if I submit the same idea as someone else?

That's great! It shows the idea is important to multiple users. The team will see that multiple people want the same thing, which helps prioritize what to work on next.
